Happy Thanksgiving everyone! It’s an occasionally practiced holiday tradition in my family to listen to Alice’s Restaurant on Thanksgiving. So, enjoy your turkey, and I hope you never find yourself on the Group W bench.
I’ve got to reblog the classic (my family has followed the same tradition), but I’ll also note that listening to Tom Waits’ Nighthawks at the Diner in its entirety, with a bottle of bourbon close by, is an awesome tradition I’ve established over the past few years. I’d encourage all of you to join in this year.
