Lessons Learned: Case Study: Using an LOI to get customer feedback on a minimum viable product

I’m less sure. As with the grey area between “minimum viable product” and “entirely hypothetical product” from earlier in the week, some aspects of this feel very off to me.

While I can understand the desire to present mockups as “screenshots” in order to ratchet down more pie-in-the-sky client requests, starting off the relationship with your clients by deceiving them doesn’t seem like the best idea.
